- ½ cup-soaked whole grain millet
- 1 cup of bread flour
- ½ cup of sugar free apple sauce
- 1 ½ cup warm water
- ½ cup discard sourdough stater
- 1 tsp instant yeast 1tsp salt
Combine all ingredients by hand or mixer. Rest for 1 hour covered. Shape into 8 by 4-inch loaf. Place in a 5-inch greased bread pan for 1 hour. After one hour, start oven at 375 degrees. After rest time, reduce oven to 350. Bake for 50 minutes, checking internal temperature after 40 minutes. Bread is done when it reaches 190 degrees.
